🏨 Access to Friends and Guests

We love the friendly atmosphere at Mas de la Grenouillère, but be careful! Friends or acquaintances you wish to introduce into the establishment must be reported to the reception. 🌟 And don't forget step: the number of people in the accommodation must not exceed limits set by our rules and your reservation. Cute little Pets are welcome, so feel free to bring them 🐾

🔊 Time of Peace and Gentleness

To enjoy a peaceful stay, please respect the rest of all our neighbors. Noise, even during the day, is not welcome. If you are the author of an unauthorized concert, you may be asked to leave the premises. So that everyone can sleep peacefully, we ask that you do not make noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. 💤

👶 For the Little Ones

Minor children accompanying you are your responsibility, whether inside or outside the establishment. In case of a problem, you will be in charge of the situation with your insurance. Don't panic, just a good sense of supervision! 😉

🔥 Security and Fire Alarm

For everyone's safety, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout of the establishment. Any accidental triggering of the fire alarm Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fee of €150 for restart our super security system.

🧳 Lost Items

We would like to remind you that we are not responsible for any theft, loss or damage during your stay. Objects left or abandoned could be sold according to the law of March 31, 1896. If you wish to collect your belongings by parcel, be aware that tracking and insurance are mandatory for your valuables, and shipping costs will be payable before sending.
